Robert J. Sanchez

Chief Executive Officer

Robert J. Sanchez has a combined 45 years of experience serving in the US Military and within the Defense Industrial apparatus. Robert’s military career included tours with Defense Intelligence, Special Operations, and finishing with Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). As an executive with major defense companies, he has focused efforts in Missile Tech, UAV/Drone evolutions and special projects. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California with International Studies from the University of Maryland and Georgetown University. He holds a Top Secret Clearance and serves in advisory roles to Defense AI Community and to International clients focused on Defense Infrastructure.

Masaaki Ikeda

Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Masaaki Ikeda has worked in the Defense Sector for over 25 years. He has demonstrated excellent leadership skills in managing large groups, focused on capturing programs and then successfully executing with positive results. He further has directed business development teams pursuing international markets with winning results. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Alliant University.

Lynn Holliday

Vice President of Administration & Controller

Lynn Holliday manages all financial and administrative operations, combining executive leadership with hands-on oversight. Lynn brings over four decades of experience with various positions in the defense industry. Lynn has an AS from Austin Community College with additional studies at The University of Texas at Austin in Business Administration.

Bruce Lazarus

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce Lazarus joined Hexadyne as its CFO in 2012 and brings over 45 years of finance and executive experience. Bruce oversees all legal and financial business operations. Prior to joining Hexadyne, Bruce had a strong track record of building and managing both his own personal company and private and public ownership where he was instrumental in strategically driving profitable growth. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.

Shinsuke "Jake" Todoroki

Director of Programs

Todoroki has worked in the Defense industry for 26 years. He has held positions in program management and business development. He has worked both the domestic and international sides of the business working on F-15 & F-16 weapons systems. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi and a MA in International Relations from American University.
